I'm Isaac Wilkins, owner of Spiral of Leaders.


Over my 20-year career as a personal trainer, performance facility owner, and teacher I've worked with thousands of clients and students on reaching not only their fitness goals but also building career, business, and life achievements.


Along the way I learned when people are clear on their direction, have support, and feel good they'll succeed. When they're stuck in the weeds of life, are in their heads and not their bodies, and trying to piece it all together alone... They rarely make it.

Week 1 - Getting Started and Breaking the Rust

What are the most simple steps you need to get started?


That's what we're going to cover in Week 1. We're going to introduce the basic concepts to get you moving again and start the process of getting you fueled for maximum energy. Think back to your sports seasons - The first few days were all about getting everyone back in action, and that's what we're going to do.

Week 2 - Getting Clear on the Mission

If you don't know where you are now, how are you going to get where you want to be?


Now that we're rolling with the basics, it's time to "plant your flags". We analyze where you are now, where you want to go, and the best course of action to get there. I've made this into a very simple process because so many skip this step and wonder why they don't see success.

Week 3 - Fuel and Feedback

Do you know how your nutrition, training, and lifestyle affect you?


Now we've started to get in a new groove with training, nutrition, and clarity. It's time to introduce a system of BioFeedback so you can tell how you're adapting at any moment. This simple check-in protocol will give you real information to help make the best decision. Most people go through life barely aware of how crappy they feel and have even less awareness of what to do about it - That's NOT YOU.

Week 4 - Bandwidth Opener

How would it feel to have mastery over your schedule, versus being at its mercy?


That's what we're going to get into this week. We're going to give you the tools to figure out what's most important to your mission, what isn't, and how to get rid of the energy drains. I have a simple system (The TTT Analysis) that you'll be able to employ to reduce the overhead and give you back more of your precious bandwidth, helping you grow faster in the directions you want.

Week 5 - Building a Winning Identity

Time and time again, who wins? That's right - Winners win.


In Week 5 things really start to come together. You've earned some solid wins under your belt and confidence is growing. It's time to make that permanent. Think of any great, storied sports program. They know they're going to win before they even step on the field and so they play like winners. That's because they IDENTIFY as winners. You're going to learn to shift your identity from your past to one of recurring wins... that you can apply anywhere, because winners win.

Week 6 - Mastering Strategic Planning

We're all pumped up, the cylinders are firing, life has changed, now what's next?


It's time to release the kraken! Remember that first real game after a long pre-season? Not another practice, not another scrimmage, not beating up on the scout team... but a real game?

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a fitness-only program?

No, although fitness is certainly part of it. This program is focused on zeroing in on your objectives, clearing the clutter, and building the physical and mental habits you need for longterm success.

What's the time commitment?

Time committments can be variable depending on your goals and how invested you are in achieving them.


As for the physical training aspects, most programs will have three sessions per week of 30-45 minutes.


The lessons and coaching calls are under an hour each.

Do I need to go anywhere?

All program content is delivered remotely to your computer, tablet, or smart phone.


The only travel you would have to do is to the gym if you choose to use one outside of your home. If you'd rather train at home, there's home versions of the workouts.

Do I need any special equipment or a gym?

The only specific equipment you'd need would be anything for your goals outside of the general program.


You don't need to belong to a gym - There's a home training option making use of simple dumbbells and bands.


If you prefer to use a gym then there are training options available for that, as well.

Do I need to be in shape to start? What if I have an injury?

You don't need to be in shape to start. There are program options to get you going from the couch and into the body you're looking for.


Most injuries can be worked with or around. That said, if you have a substantial injury that's either accute or gives you trouble then I would recommend you speak to your doctor or physical therapist before engaging in any program. This program won't involve rehabilitation.
